CASE STUDY
BRYCE JORDAN CENTER
Engaging Short-Form Content & Live Event Social Storytelling
OVERVIEW
The Bryce Jordan Center is a 15,000-capacity arena hosting concerts, special events, and national tours. From 2021–2024, I led digital strategy and content production with a heavy focus on short-form video, real-time storytelling, and community engagement.
THE CHALLENGE
Increase engagement, relevance, and reach across social channels in a competitive entertainment market, while producing high-quality, rapid-turnaround content during live events, back-to-back concerts, and high-volume show days.
MY APPROACH
Developed a video-first content strategy centered around fan reactions, artist moments, and BTS storytelling.
Led live social coverage across multiple show days.
Produced Reels, TikToks, and real-time content during concerts, delivering same-night edits for maximum momentum.
Coordinated with vendors and artist teams for backstage activations.
Built recurring content series that increased consistency and viewer retention.
Managed a content team of 6 interns per semester.
